Japa Yoga

Karma Yoga

Gnana Yoga

By this one realizes the distinction between one’s own state and other states by making arrangements with the Vedas and the sages and practicing meditation.

Bhakti Yoga

In this way the practitioner acknowledges the will of God. True practitioners should keep the discipline in mind to eliminate the evil intentions in the world. Those who seek self-realization will continue to live a wasteful life, renouncing worldly involvements.

Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga is also known as “Asthana Yoga” which supports human development itself. It includes yama, niyama, asanas, pranayama, pratyakara, dharana, meditation and samadhi.

Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga is a doctrine in the Tantra Satra. When humans appeared, the yogis instilled in all beings the consciousness of the chakras of Shakti Muladhara. It is the first of the seven chakras.
