Yoga is a method that helps to increase and improve one’s inner strength. It provides a guide to understanding who Jeevan is. Yoga means “yoke” in Sanskrit, thus yoga is a way of connecting one’s individual soul with the soul of God. According to Maharishi Patanjali, Yoga is the method by which a man can stabilize his mind.
Yoga is a universal practice
Yoga is beneficial and beneficial for everyone, irrespective of religion, culture, caste, ethnicity, country, gender, age and physical condition.
One may appear to be a yogi by reading books and wearing certain clothes, but one cannot become a yogi. One cannot attain the abilities of a yogi without training thoroughly. Therefore, continuous training (sadhana) should create a path in body and mind and elevate life. In this case the trainees must achieve a focused state of mind under the guidance of a skilled trainer with motivation and high will.
Yoga in evolution
Yoga is used to meet man with awareness. One has to make many efforts to develop a state of complete awareness.
Indulging in sensuality, drunkenness, materialism, sex, and other habits are many people’s temptations to cover up the world’s problems. This knocks them unconscious. Those who meet this condition cannot attain the difficulties of yoga. Western psychiatry treats only the symptoms of the disease rather than the manifestation of the disease; But Indian yogis know the root causes of diseases and cure them completely. A medical system created by frauds makes decisions based on just diseases. Marslow’s psychology focuses on human welfare, but Indian psychology develops metaphysics. Yoga is not only psychological; Promotes spiritual development along with health while providing heightened awareness.

Raja Yoga
Raja Yoga is also known as “Asthana Yoga” which supports human development itself. It includes yama, niyama, asanas, pranayama, pratyakara, dharana, meditation and samadhi.
Kundalini
Kundalini Yoga is a doctrine in the Tantra Satra. When humans appeared, the yogis instilled in all beings the consciousness of the chakras of Shakti Muladhara. It is the first of the seven chakras. The Kundalini chakra is located as a small gland; It is on the base of the tibia. In men it is between the urethra and the anus, and in women it is under the cervix. Those who get its powers are called by many names like rishis, yogis, siddhas. It is known by many names depending on the time scale.
Before kundalini can be activated, yogis must learn the methods used: shakti, asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra and meditation. When Kundalini is released through this, it causes intense sensations in the brain. In this way the dormant parts of the brain become active, causing sensations like the blossoming of a flower.
Nadi
Yogis wrote in their writings that nadis are meant to transmit energy. This can only be felt mentally. These forces act on many fronts: light, color, sound and other factors. The action of Nadis is very extensive. Only yogis could not realize this; It cannot be measured. Goraka Siddha and Amta Yoga Prabhtika reckoned that there are 72,000 nadis; These are around the navel, known as Manipura Chakra. Susumma nadi becomes very important.
