Roles and responsibilities
Editor-in-Chief
Responsible for the content of every issue, including special issues; makes final decisions and oversees ethics cases.
Associate & Managing Editors
Handle manuscripts and reviewers, run the editorial workflow, technical screening, metadata and DOI registration.
Editors & Sub-Editors
Provide subject expertise, assess submissions, help identify qualified reviewers and support copy-editing.
International Reviewer Board
Independent experts in India and abroad who review manuscripts in their field.
Editorial independence and conflicts of interest
Editors are not involved in decisions on papers they have written or co-written, or on papers from colleagues with whom they have a conflict of interest; these are handled by another editor through the normal double-blind process. Papers with at least one author from the editorial board will not exceed 25% of the research articles in any issue.
AIJAMAY is expanding its board with researchers from other institutions and countries. Established researchers who wish to contribute are invited to join the reviewer panel or write to editor@aathiyoga.in.
