Abstract

Pranayama, an important part of yoga, is a set of breath control techniques. It offers various benefits, both physical and mental. High school students face academic pressures and stress. In such a context, the practice of pranayama emerges as a potential approach to improve memory and attention. This study investigates whether systematic pranayama practice can improve memory and attention functions. It explains various pranayama techniques and their mechanisms. Furthermore, the study will examine the impact of these techniques on the academic performance and overall well-being of students..
