Policies
E-Publication: Our journal offers an E-Publication option, allowing readers to access PDF versions of scholarly articles that have undergone a thorough review process and received acceptance. Once all publishing requirements are fulfilled, the papers will be made available online for free access and citation.
Review Policy: We adhere to a double blind peer review (In double-anonymized peer review the reviewers don’t know the identity of authors, and vice versa). Each submitted paper will be assessed by two subject matter experts who will evaluate it based on our journal’s standards and the quality of the research. Should revisions be necessary, the same reviewers will be assigned to ensure that the quality of the revised manuscript meets our expectations. Reviewers are expected to maintain objectivity and uphold the integrity of the journal. Upon completing their review, reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest. They are also encouraged to identify any relevant works that have not yet been cited in the manuscript. Additionally, confidentiality of the review process is paramount.

Note: Authors are encouraged to follow the guidelines set forth by the Aathiyoga Indian Journal of Ancient Medicine and Yoga or the MLA Handbook, 8th edition (for English), when preparing their research papers.
Plagiarism Policy: The editorial team maintains a strict stance against plagiarism, viewing it as a fundamental injustice to scholars and emphasizing the importance of giving appropriate credit for original ideas. Therefore, accurate citation is crucial in all research submissions. The editorial team reserves the right to reject any manuscript that demonstrates either minor or significant plagiarism, and may revoke publication in response to complaints of plagiarism. Article Selection Policy: Each submission cycle, the journal receives over a hundred articles, but only publishes 10 to 15 original articles written in English. The editor’s decisions regarding article selection are final. Due to the large influx of submissions from paper mills and AI-generated content in English, we do not accept or evaluate Non English-written articles, which will be considered rejected. If such cases arise, the journal committee will initiate an investigation, and the relevant higher authorities or research deans will be notified to take appropriate action against the involved students, scholars, or faculty members to discourage malpractice and unethical behavior.
Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement: The publisher is committed to addressing any instances of research misconduct in academic content. All forms of research misconduct will be handled professionally to uphold the integrity of original research and publication ethics. Should the journal identify any predatory practices that may compromise research and academic publishing, the article in question will be retracted. Authors can request corrections to their articles by providing supporting documentation to the editor. Retractions, corrections, clarifications, and apologies will be considered and publicly acknowledged on the journal’s website.
Regular and special issues are continually published in sequential order, with special issues undergoing the same rigorous review process to ensure high-quality scholarly content. Future articles will include references in English, and past issues will be made accessible on the journal’s webpage, complete with English titles, abstracts, keywords, and references. This initiative is designed to benefit a global community of readers, scholars, and academics. The complete archival of the journal’s issues can be accessed via the Internet Archive at https://archive.org/details/@vmaxveera.
