About the Journal

The Aathiyoga Indian Journal of Ancient Medicine and Yoga (ISSN: 3048-9822 Online) is a distinguished, peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary journal published monthly by the Department of Human Excellence at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College in Pollachi. Aim and Scope

Aathiyoga welcomes original research from global scholars and academicians across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Its aim is to foster the exchange of knowledge within Yogic Science, Philosophy, Psychology, Education, Management, Ayurveda, complementary therapies, and related fields. The journal encourages submissions of literary and empirical studies, including research articles, scientific papers, reviews, conceptual frameworks, popular writings, research notes, book reviews, letters to the editor, and conference news. Submissions addressing technical and professional aspects of Yoga and related areas—such as Spirituality, Human Consciousness, Health Sciences, Therapy, Physical Education, Exercise and Sports Sciences, Biomechanics, Literary/Textual Studies, Physiology, and Biochemistry—are highly encouraged.
